You will earn a rebate each quarter (up to four) for each referral (up to three) that spends as much or more than you monthly. Once they meet the spend requirement for the quarter, you will be paid a .33% rebate the following quarter.

After your referral meets the spend requirements, you will qualify for your .33% rebate, which will be paid at the end of the next calendar quarter on your regular rebate or cash back payment schedule.
